A gentle but chill wind was blowing in from the sea keeping the deck of the ship "The Bloodoath", upon which the Priest stood rocking gently. From behind him, the Priest could hear the final bloody breaths gurgling from the throat of the last Dawnblade Reservist left alive on the ship. He turned to watch as a leather-clad figure, hunching over the dying elf, thrust a long and terrible looking dagger into it's chest. A sudden burst of violet light struck the elf and the Rogue jumped back, cackling at the Undead Warlock from who's hands the ribbon of energy now coursed.

"Hell's teeth you almost hit ME with that!", the Rogue shoved his Warlock friend playfully, causing the ribbon of light to ripple and crackle. The Elf, who had been convulsing alarmingly at the touch of this engery suddenly became still and the ribbon was extinguished. Leaving a small violet crystal, smoking slightly in the rotting palm of the Undead Warlock. He grinned at his Rogue friend and, with a practised sleight of hand, slipped the small shard into a pouch at his waist.

The other figures that were gathered, chuckled at the antics of these two with the easy familiarity that all close-knit groups of brothers-in-arms enjoy. The Priest looked beyond them to the litter of corpses strewn about the wide deck of the ship and smiled a little to himself. So strange that a group capable of such violence, such destruction, could laugh and joke with each other like children in the school yard.

"Come on my friends," he called suddenly "Come see this... the reason that I brought you all this far."

The group of figures gathered round the Priest at the stern of the ship. The Rogue perching on the railing, one leg dangling over the side. The Priest pointed a long blue finger Northward, "There....ther it is... I trust you all see it?".

The assembled faces turned Northward, following the Priest's bony finger. At first there was nothing, just a grey, overcast sky. Then suddenly a flash, not white like lightning but blue, arcing up into the sky, faint, but definitely there...

"Is it a storm?" a rasping yet strangely pleasent voice, the Warlock.

"No bother" the Priest replied "This is not a Storm, leastways not the kind of storm you might think. '. Something is happening on Northend, something ...big".

There was muttering amongst the assembled group, the Priest let it die down.

"Then the way will soon be open to all do you think?" the Rogue this time, excitement evident in the strange metallic voice that issued from the device embedded where his jaw used to be.

The group fell silent each considering the implications, the work to be done, the preparations to be made.

"Then we have much to do..", The Warlock again...

"Very true my friend...let us begin.."

Greetings Sporeggarians!

I intend this guild to be a close-knit friendly bunch who's main aim experience all aspects of World of Warcraft and to experience endgame content. We have no PvP ambitions but aimed at being a RP/PVE guild. That is not to say we won't get involved in World PVP both in planning and execution as this adds to the richness of the RP exprience. Members who wish to participate in PVP will not be excluded from or penalised within the guild.

There is no level requirements to join and all races & classes are accepted.

We are looking for reliable, dedicated and committed members who are closely focused on progression but who also know how to have fun and get on with people. We are not looking for elitist a-holes or anyone who cannot take the odd bit of good-natured ribbing.

The guild's core hours will be Sunday to Thursday evenings from about 22:00 IGT to 01:00 IGT. You should be able to comitt to at least a couple of these core hours so that we can try an organise events at times when the majority of the guild is online.

We are happy to speak to anyone who meets the above requirements and is happy to abide by the rules set out in The Scroll of Allegiance.
